Is it possible (in the sense of whether it is allowed) to make and put such a game into the play market: the player enters real money into the game account (let's call them "coins"), then plays coins with other players over the network, and then displays these coins (if he won , well, or not all lost) in the form of real money (one of the ways)? Methods of depositing and withdrawing money, for example, are: mobile phone, Visa card, Yandex.Money, Qiwi, WM. Maybe the replenishment of coins will also be the usual Play Market purchase in the game (after all, it’s impossible to withdraw money to users by means of the market?). The game is not a casino or anything else, but a logical game, players play 1x1, the smartest wins. Just for bets, for real money (small, ranging from 3 rubles, for example). And the player cannot spend money on anything or cannot acquire it in the game, except to win or lose to someone (well, enter / withdraw). And the game itself is free, without advertising.

I hope that it is possible, but if it is impossible - please provide a rationale (or where and how it can be found), and, if there are any, how to make it “legally”

PS And what will happen if you put it on w3bsit3-dns.com, for example? Or somewhere else, but not in the market?

According to the rules of Google Play, games using real currency are prohibited.

Any application that offers money or other valuables as a prize falls into the category of gambling.

According to the legislation of Ukraine and Russia, too.

    • Even if the player himself won them, and nothing depends on luck and randomness at all, but only on how the player will play? Yes, and browser games have a real money withdrawal - Aftorik
    • one
@Aftorik Describe something your game, where randomness is not used at all. Not that it mattered, but curious. :) - Athari
    • For example, @Athari imagine tic-tac-toe or points. The game is 1x1, no chance, it all depends on the mind of the players. Well, or checkers, chess. Ah, very sad that you can't make games with money. And this idea was great. - Aftorik
    • @Aftorik In tic-tac-toe, the winner is determined by who goes first. Who will determine the first player? Do not random? With checkers and chess is also ambiguous. If chess is not fully “solved”, then some types of checkers are completely solved. This means that in a perfect game, the outcome is predetermined at the time of the arrangement of the figures. Again, who walks first? - Athari
    • Let's say the first one is the one who has some more coolness points. And if they are the same (or both players are new players), then they first quickly play rock-paper-scissors, and so it is determined who walks first. It's all right? Knb is, of course, a sort of random, too, but it’s possible somehow to make sure that it’s without a random. And I cited the tic-tac-toe and checkers as an example, and in my game whoever goes first does not determine the winner and does not give an advantage - Aftorik

As already written earlier in the play market, the number does not roll. But there are alternative realities, for example, the notorious BlackMart - everything is generally allowed there :)

The only problem is that you have to somehow write your monetization system or cling to some system, since BlackMart does not have one.

Well, I would also advise respecting the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and be extremely attentive to the @Athari tips

    • Better, I think, not to risk against the law. I have already figured out how to change the implementation of the game. But thanks anyway! - Aftorik

We have already written that such games are prohibited. As an option, I can only offer this:
Find a country where it is allowed, publish the game there, write something specifically for this country, but like that, you are kind and decided to also translate the Russian game. It will work for some time, and legally comes out clean, but get ready that as soon as the game becomes more or less popular, in the Russian Federation they will simply close access to your servers (which, by the way, must also be located in the territory of that country).

    • Hmm, but where to take free-to-play games where real money flows in? - hardsky
    • Thank you for the idea, but I have already come up with another version of the game :) Of course, such excitement, which would have been at the time of withdrawal, cannot be achieved, but I hope the players will like my game and its implementation - Aftorik
    • FreeToPlay is a slightly different situation, you cannot withdraw real money (by the official method), only pay. It is this difference that makes them permitted. Even in the case of Steam, where there is an in-game market for rubles, there is no possibility of withdrawing money from the account. - Lexd5
