“More experienced” is a vague concept.
I wouldn’t call myself particularly experienced, but a zero hour in three or four with a couple cups of coffee would do. Only layout, JS and server - a separate conversation.
Pages are simple.
But in general, the question is incorrect - it depends on the intensity, attentiveness of the developer, the distraction and the jokes working alongside, etc.
