    The Microsoft Edge browser carriage (aka Project Spartan) is a user option, a mode for navigating the page using the keyboard. It can be enabled by default in the browser settings, you can press F7 to switch to this mode on the current tab.

    Sites with this carriage do not need to do anything . This is akin to dealing with the focus frame on the active element or with the mouse cursor. Even if you achieve something, you will only prevent users from working with your site, especially users with disabilities.
