Good afternoon, I encountered such a problem - there are "obsolete" taxonomy terms, they will not be used anymore, but since they were used earlier, I don’t want to delete them either. There was an idea of setting the flag to "outdated" terms. Please tell me (or tell me where to dig) how to exclude "flagged" terms from the list, which is displayed when creating a node. Thank.

- Install the Entity reference module.
- Create a view of terms with the type of Entity Referance, set up the necessary filters or conditions in it.
- Create an Entity Reference Type Field
- In the field setting, select taget type: Taxonomy Term.
- Select 'Views Filter by an entity reference view'. For 'View used to select entities', specify the view created in step 2.
