    • @Svyatoslavik I can say for sure that no one app can directly control the appearance of the statusbar, except for choosing the text color (white or black), showing the network activity indicator and drawing its background as part of the application window. iOS itself decides everything else - for the same reason, the visual height of the statusbar varies only on the home screen. - Alexei Averchenko
