    Briefly and in essence, but specify the nuances - hmmm :). As they say in Odessa - these are two big differences. In short, Oracle supports huge amounts of data and allows you to work with them fairly quickly. Also has features that are just interesting for such cases. MySQL works well with small databases - within dozens (well, maybe a few hundred) gigs. Well, the price of the question also makes sense.
