If you mean a plugin for Eclipse itself, then it is installed via HelpInstall New Software .

If the plug-in to the project - for this purpose Maven is used, which works in the eclipse in the same way as in other IDEs. (Add dependency to pom.xml ).

To work with Maven through Eclipse, you need to install the "m2e - Maven Integration for Eclipse" plugin in it.

    • I’ll clarify a bit, I usually manually entered the tags and today I accidentally found a form. There you write your dependency dependencies automatically appears in pom.xml, I had a thought, maybe the form should be for plugins - Ivan Saenko
    • @IvanSaenko: for which plug-ins, then? Which ones to Eclipse itself? - Nick Volynkin
