The application does not start. The problem is - I can not figure out why it does not start - I can not watch the logs, because here

 apache-tomcat-7.0.23/logs/catalina.out

there is almost no information:

org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext startInternal SEVERE: Error listenerStart

And how to enable the extended log, I do not know.

Tell me, please, how to enable extended logs for an application or how to watch them?

Or maybe in another way one can understand what is the matter?
