    In general, the digging led to this conclusion. Standard cmd.exe also does not work with artisan. On the Open Server there is basically the same ConEmu that works with artisan and you can set up colored letters :) But! If you add to the "bookmarks" ConEmu and run from under OpenServer -> voila, it all worked. By the way, in a similar way you need to run and phpStorm

    • Check environment variables. First of all PATH . Open Server initializes them before running ConEmu. - Maximus
