The AdSense code on the test site seems to be placed correctly.

By the way, how long has an AdSense account been created? If recently, you will have to wait until the site passes moderation. During moderation, ads will not appear. If the site has not passed moderation, it remains only to correspond with the AdSense moderators.

The first thing you need to do is disable any extensions that block ads :)

If you have not placed ads anywhere else (anywhere except this test page), then you will not pass moderation. That is why, most likely, you do not show ads.

Solution: Complete the moderation by placing ads on a real site (where you plan to continue to show ads)
