How can you pick up the information in the hdd bit? The disk does not open, the partitions are visible - connected as additional to the working Linux system. On the bit drive itself, there used to be windows, if this is important :) I would like to pull out at least some of the information. The options for Linux are interesting, in particular - ubuntu.
- 3gpart, photorec. But better carry to the professionals. - Vladimir Martyanov
- Thanks, I will try. They are interested in methods on their own) - Dofri
- If the disk has mechanical damage (for example, due to a sharp blow, the head scratched the surface of the pancake), further work with it will worsen the situation and, as a result, a complete disk failure and loss of all data (for example with a scratch - the head, passing over it , not only will it rip off the roughness, scattering abrasive dust all over the pancake, it will also be scraped and deformed itself, risking to touch the pancake again, since the drive of rotation of the disk contributes). - ߊߚߤߘ

First, it would be good to remove the ddrescue dump program. And then already calmly pick an image.
But to keep on power just a broken disk is generally a terrible idea. If he dies for a fur \ electronics, then the less he pulls - the higher the probability of pulling the info.
From the recovery software, besides photorec , as written by @ Vladimir-Martyanov, you can still try testdisk . From screw - R-Studio and Active@ File Recovery helped a lot.
It's also well written here.

The sudo fsck -p /dev/sdxX checks the /dev/sdxX (for example, /dev/sda1 ) for errors.
