    Not sure, it’s not possible to figure out from the logs anything normal. But something similar occurs after installing babel when you forget to specify the localization language in the arguments. In your cases this is -nl.

      I specify the exact answer of Dmitry in more detail.

      1. Remove Papirus add-ins from Eclipse Mars, for which Help / About Eclipse / Installation Defails and make Uninstall for Papirus UML and then for Papirus UML RealTime
      2. Russify Eclipce (this question is described in detail in the internet)
      3. Run Eclipse with the bat file containing a single line eclipse -nl -ru Checked, working.
