You need a Log tab. In this case, the list of files changed in this commit is displayed on the right.

When you right click on the file there are options "Show Diff" and "Show Diff with Local".

In addition, you can select any file or code snippet and then in the menu:

VCS - Git - Show history.

Looks like this is what you are looking for.
