There is Qt version 5.5. There all libraries (* .dll) are dynamically linked. Question: Is it possible to automatically take and copy the necessary * .dll files to the program folder?

    1 answer 1

Yes you can. To do this, Qt has a windeployqt utility (close to the end, mote, and by the way, the article is very detailed on the main issues about warmth chews). Windeployqt had some minor problems with QML, but I don’t use QML so I can’t say anything.

By the way, for deployment on OS X there is a similar utility - macdeployqt (you also need to squander it to the end).

    • But there is a question: how to run this utility immediately after the project build phase? Or rather, as the last stage of the assembly. Well, so that Wednesday she launched it - Zenit Fan
    • Usually in the IDE for this there is an option of the PostBuildStep type in which you can write a console command to execute it immediately after assembly. Look for how this is done in your IDE. - Cerbo
    • Found. Everything worked like a clock. - Zenit Fan
