Installed on a virtual server (OS: ubuntu, VPS: amazon AWS) apache. In iptables, port 80 is open. Also outgoing packets leave correctly. When I try to log into the host, nothing happens. Help me please.

Solved the problem by opening port 80 on AWS.amazon (solution: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5004159/opening-port-80-ec2-amazon-web-services )

This is actually a really easy way to get it.

    First of all, in your netstat I see listens only on port 80 of the ipv6 protocol. on port 80 of the ipv4 protocol, I do not see anything. Secondly, your ip address 172.31.17.173 is very strange, it is from a range of 172.16-172.32 given to local, not marshaled in the global Internet addresses.
