I installed Visual Studio 2015 and created a Win32 project with some code. Compilation was successful, but I can not run the exe file - I do not have some kind of ucrtbased.dll library ... How can I solve this problem?

  • Where and how do you run the file? Well, there is a possibility that static linking will help you. - Vladimir Martyanov
  • @ Vladimir Martianov immediately after compilation. If you build, then find the exe file and try to run it - the exact same error. Before that I installed some modules for the studio (there was no possibility to create Win32 projects there), maybe not everything was established. Can I somehow in the studio analyze and separately download the necessary files? I'm just not very familiar with this IDE. - Kostya Bakay
  • Yet WHERE and HOW do you run it? From the conductor, from the studio? Which car? - Vladimir Martyanov Nov.
  • @ Vladimir Martiyanov from the studio, tried the same from the conductor - the same result. Worth Win10 x64 and 32-bit studio. Similar parameters on the laptop and the same studio, but everything works without problems. - Kostya Bakay
  • Assemble the release assembly. - Vladimir Martyanov Nov.

The problem was solved by reinstalling Visual Studio 2015. Apparently some component did not install normally.
