How to kill the unkillable process in Windows 7?

The first one includes protected processes, for example, antivirus processes, for which the user does not have enough rights to “kill” and those that are “stuck”, which for some reason cannot be killed by the system. In my practice, there were processes from the second group. One time, my GDB debugger is hanging.

To remove such hung nonkillable processes, you can use, for example, Process Explorer Mark Russinovich. Allows you to remove almost any process. But sometimes it does not help. Then you can try the program Process Hacker. In its arsenal, a whole set of methods for removing processes. If Process Explorer failed, Process Hacker often helps. Right-click on the desired process -> Miscellaneous -> Terminator. Also, if the process of an IDE hangs at the moment of debugging, it can help the right for the Miscellaneous -> Detach from Debugger process to be debugged.

However, sometimes there is such a nasty thing that it can not be removed by any method. Why this happens is unknown to me. But met a couple of times.
