Good day!

I am writing my SMTP server, and I ran into a situation - after the client sends me the "BDAT" command and the letter itself, the dialogue of my server with the client seems to freeze, i.e. I send him the answer "250 OK", and he answers me nothing.

Tell me, please, how should the BDAT command dialogue take place correctly?

This BDAT was given to you ... Does anyone else except MS Exchange support it? And so, judging by the RFC, you are doing everything right, of course there are different kinds of texts in the standard in another 250, but they are optional and are not regulated by the standard. tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1830 - Mike

It was necessary after each piece of the message (chunk) to send the code "250 OK" and not once at the end. The problem was so solved.
