It is necessary to do this:
1. Press and hold the Windows key and press the R (Win + R) key. The Run dialog opens. Run.
2. In the Open box | Open enter the lusrmgr.msc command.
3. Click the OK button or press Enter.
4. In the left pane, click on the folder Users | Users. A list of your system accounts will open in the central panel.
5. Right click on the Administrator account | Administrator.
6.In the pop-up menu, select Properties | Properties.
7.Locating on the General tab | General, uncheck the checkbox Disable account | Account is disabled.
8. Click the OK button or press Enter.
