md1 and md2 hints at raid. But the raid is already collecting the core. Therefore, it is necessary to put on sda / sdb. If everything is set up correctly, it is better to bet on both (I did this on my laptop). But no need to bet on md1 / md2 (if this is a raid)
If you’re unsure of your BIOS drive, it’s often a good idea to install GRUB to all of them.
