Updated, and now, when I type in the EDITOR the Russian layout, different symbols and numbers, instead of Russian letters, climb. How to fix? 
In the settings for example, I can write Russian. If you copy the text from somewhere and paste it in the editor, everything will also be displayed.
Fixed the problem by disabling all extensions. Apparently after the update, some of them pokarezhilo, and it made the studio so suffer.
Roll back the update and try to reinstall (when installing the update, VS makes the system restore point)
PS the 15th is still a lot of all sorts of "glitches" that occur from time to time. On the most common of them really find fixes in the developers blog. But there is probably no fixes for such a glitch.
