Is it possible to programmatically provoke a reconnection to the operator’s network in Windows Phone 10?

I will not describe the problem entirely, for too long, but briefly retell. Beeline does not provide "night unlimited" traffic if you do not reconnect at one in the morning. I, of course, do not want to insert. I was looking for programs - I did not find anything. I decided to write myself, but something I can not find the necessary API.

    There is no such possibility. Windows Phone (and Windows 10 Mobile after it) provides a very limited API in terms of various system calls. The maximum that can be done is to write an application that, at one o'clock in the morning, will dump a reminder and offer to reconnect (see ConnectionSettingsTask ).
