Try to enter the login / password from the tomcat-user.xml file in the conf folder. If they are not there, then add it yourself. It looks like this

 <role rolename="tomcat"/> <role rolename="role1"/> <role rolename="manager-gui"/> <user username="username" password="superSecretPassword" roles="tomcat, manager-gui"/>
