But when I run on Raspbian Jessie, NoClassDefFoundError crashes to the project libraries. I tried to fix dependencies in the project struture => module, did not work. How to fix the error?

One of the most common causes of NoClassDefFoundError + .jar is the lack of libraries when loading classes. One solution is to make sure that all the libraries described in Manifest are available where you run it.
