I am trying to create a phone connection (android) to external devices (TV) as a host. To display a text message on the TV screen. Tell me which direction to think, and maybe someone has already met with such a task.

  • I very much doubt that TV will want to work as a receiver of your data via USB. - Vladyslav Matviienko
  • Do I understand the question correctly? Do you want to display on TV information from a smartphone via USB? What kind of USB monitor? - Vladyslav Matviienko
  • Yes, I want to transfer the image, I need to display on TV either an image or just numbers, if it is possible of course - Timur Gazaleev
  • Then you need to watch the specifications of each individual TV model. But I'm 99.98% sure that no other TV supports this - Vladyslav Matviienko

Understood, it turns out I did not correctly formulate the question. Connect not via USB but via HDMI. Android has a class for working with additional displays, the Presentation class https://developer.android.com/intl/ru/reference/android/app/Presentation.html which allows you to connect additional displays and work with them.
