Before that, I used VS10 and, with the transition to Win10, decided to try VS15. In general, the thing is ... I am writing code, I run Debug (F5), okay, all is normal. Again I write the code, I enter any changes, I press F5, everything opens the same way as it was before the first launch of Debug. That is, it has not compiled niche. Right now I’ve poked it, you’ll first have to do "Build" / "Rebuild", and then start Debug. It is not convenient, how to make it immediately apply the changes?

Tools - Options - Projects and Solutions - Build and Run

    Build and run

And, for the future, be careful with the checkbox in this dialog

    Run last successful version
