You must ask the host for the server address to which you are connecting; port (usually 21); login and password.
Better use filezilla, it at least tells you what the error is. Sublime, unfortunately, does not show errors.
By the way, as a test, you can log in to the server using Google Chrome. Only you need not http (s): // protocol to use, and the ftp: // login and password the browser itself will request.
If something is not suitable for authorization, contact the hosting technical support and request a password reset with subsequent sending of new data to you by email.
