The fact is that on February 14, the certificate with which Apple signs the applications before being sent to the App Store ended.
You need to download and install a new certificate .
After installation, you must run the "Keychain Access", in the "View" menu, select "Show Expired Certificates", find and delete the expired certificate "Apple Expired Certificate" in the "Login" and "System" bundles.
