Modx revo can do site.ru/blog/hello.html like "out of the box" if you enable the " Использовать вложенные URL " system setting ( use_alias_path ). The only thing with which additional problems may arise in dealing with such clients - instead of site.ru/blog/ - may require site.ru/blog/index.html - but this can be solved by freezing the URL of the site.ru/blog/ directory.
