Delete the .idea folder in the project root. Then reopen the project.
You have a force majeure, in principle, this should not be. In my entire history, the use of IDE from jet-brains this happened only once (the disappearance of auto-completion). I do not think that you will have this incident repeated several times a day. To prevent a repeat of your particular case, you must first get to the bottom of the cause, only you can do this. Therefore, you can just remember about .idea :)
