After installing the allure plug-in, some configuration changes and a scheduled reboot, the teamcity began to hang when running on this line:

teamcity_1 | Log4J configuration file /opt/TeamCity/bin/../conf/teamcity-server-log4j.xml will be monitored with interval 10 seconds.

Are there any ideas how to save the configuration and return it to working condition?
