There are 100 pictures and 100 html files. In one html file there should be a link to 1 picture, i.e. 1.html contains a link to 2.png, 2.html contains a link to 2.png, and so on. Sit rewriting with your hands is not an option, maybe you can somehow do it more conveniently?
In Notepad ++ and Atom I did not find such functionality.
Try to write a cycle in which you will take one picture file and create an html file with the path to this picture. And you will have a small designer who will do everything for you.
In Notepad ++ there is a function like this (if I understand you correctly). You can select a folder, find there the text that needs to be replaced and replaced in all. This menu is called up by pressing CTRL + F.
