How best to make different properties of the goods? I see two options:

  1. customize by binding to the section;
  2. make different types of information blocks for each category of goods (i.e., there is an information block, компьютеры , an information block, фотоаппараты , etc.)

Interested in the advantages and disadvantages of both methods. Which option will work faster? Which is more convenient to configure? I would be grateful for your opinions.

    1. You can use one complex component for the catalog. Will work "Out of the box." Properties will be beautifully divided. But with a large number of properties, the information block settings will slow down.

    2. It is necessary to connect a component for each section and tune it to the corresponding information block. Most likely, there will be problems with searching the catalog. There will definitely be problems with unloading in 1C (if you ever need it). Supporting such an implementation will be difficult.
