The site (MODx Revo), which normally opened two days ago, today gives an error:
Warning: PDO::__construct(): MySQL server has gone away in /home/users/l/llallals/domains/site.ru/core/xpdo/xpdo.class.php on line 3056 No work was done, the error arose somehow by itself. It leads to malfunction of components gallery, getResources. And also, it is impossible to log in to the admin panel - it writes "Incorrect username or password", although they are correct, and you cannot recover the password by mail, writes "A user with such an email address or name was not found." At the same time, the login / password and the mail are working and correct, I went to them before that.
Tell me, please, how to fix it? The password cannot be restored via the MySQL database, i.e. For some reason, changing the password does not help (you still cannot enter the admin panel).
I suspect that this problem arose after the hosting was switched to a new version of PHP 7.0 (although I don’t know if there could be such a relationship). Because yesterday I received a letter about PHP 7.0 from the mail and since yesterday the site has stopped working.
I also guess that this problem can be solved by updating the gallery, getResources, and possibly the entire MODx components. But I somehow need to go to the admin area.
This is all speculation. If someone knows exactly what the problem is - please help!
