If you look at the map at an angle, you can see the structure of buildings and the height. It seems that Yandex knows this information, but the geocoder does not seem to give out.

Is it possible to get such information?

Neither Google nor Yandex have any information about the number of floors. The state does not provide these services with information about the number of floors of buildings, and in general it does not need them.

There are only approximate borders of "rectangles of buildings", as well as their approximate height.

For most buildings in the world, this information was originally calculated by processing satellite or aerial photographs taken from different angles at different times of the day (the buildings overlap each other, and cast shadows).

Algorithms are far from perfect, and sometimes there are "lapses", like "skyscrapers standing in the middle of uninhabited rocks." Therefore, information is constantly refined according to user feedback (from the same "people's card" of Yandex), as well as from the testimony of laser range finders installed on machines for shooting street panoramas (yes, there is not only a camera).
