Development server:

  • FreeBSD 10.0-RELEASE (2 * CPU 48RAM)
  • Django 1.6
  • Gunicorn 19.2.1 (workers numCPUs * 2 + 1)
  • Nginx 1.6.2

A web project test indicates that the Server Response Time is too large. On a light page from the series "About the Company" I get ≈850ms, the standard <= 200ms.

Working with the project on a local PC in PyCharm, the server response time on this page is ≈85ms.

Colleagues, tell me where to dig / how to treat?

  • I use uwsgi and in similar conditions I have 10 milliseconds to generate a page weighing 10 kilobytes - user211390
  • I had a problem due to the fact that gunicorn max_requests = 1 I am testing the server for max_requests = 500, the response time is ≈300ms. - VasyaR
