I use Kitty to connect and some kind of it is buggy. For example, she can not in the encoding and because of this I see only hieroglyphs. Instead of a blue window, I see black, and where the text is blue. With the help of the cd command I can not get into the D drive or I just did not indicate that it can be used? I understand this is an encrypted connection using SSl?

  • So, change the encoding in the settings, if I'm not mistaken "Window -> Translation". What is the question? I myself, for example, use xshell. - nobody
  • Wait, have you logged in via SSH on a Windows machine, is there a D drive? - D-side
  • @ D-side yes, exactly - Uliyan Romanov
  • And what is the SSH server you use there? So, from idle curiosity. - D-side
  • Join the question about the SSH-server. Because, now, when I first heard about this Kitty, I downloaded it, and connected to my home computer with default settings. No problems described in the question were found. - Yaant

I suppose freesshd makes you a remote session in cmd .
It cd does not go to other drives.

To go along a certain path in volume D (for example), being on volume C (for example) you simply enter the full path, for example just D: . Without any cd and other things.

One can only guess about the hieroglyphs and spoiled colors in the direction of the encoding and compatibility of your SSH client and the environment in which it works. Or server, although I doubt it. You can find out if the server is at fault by logging in with another SSH client, even with a different OS, for warranty.
