Zen Coding (emmet) is now provided by the Web Essentials extension. By default, emmet expressions are expanded by pressing the Tab key - as with most other IDE / text editors.

Emmet Visual Studio was abandoned by the author 2 years ago, before the official release of VS2015. There was no contributor ready to continue the development of this project, and therefore its functionality has flowed smoothly into Web Essentials.
