When you write something with a typo, Chrome underlines the word in red, if you then right-click it, it will suggest a replacement or add the word to the dictionary.

These items are near - it happens that I add a word to the dictionary instead of replacing it. How to edit this dictionary and remove manually added words from it?

    1 answer 1

    Option 1)

Google Chrome -> Settings -> Languages -> Custom spell check dictionary

Option 2) Open the folder in which Google Chrome lies. I have it

    C: \ Users \ Artem \ AppData \ Local \ Google \ Chrome \ Application

You probably have something similar. You can clarify it by right-clicking on the Google Chrome shortcut and looking at its working folder in its properties.

There should be another Dictionaries folder in this folder, and the ru-RU-2-0.bdic file in it should be deleted (you can simply transfer it somewhere if you are afraid that something will break). After that, when you open Chrome again (the file can be deleted only by closing the browser), the program will automatically download the dictionary.

I think this method will help
