Option 2) Open the folder in which Google Chrome lies. I have it
C: \ Users \ Artem \ AppData \ Local \ Google \ Chrome \ Application
You probably have something similar. You can clarify it by right-clicking on the Google Chrome shortcut and looking at its working folder in its properties.
There should be another Dictionaries folder in this folder, and the ru-RU-2-0.bdic file in it should be deleted (you can simply transfer it somewhere if you are afraid that something will break). After that, when you open Chrome again (the file can be deleted only by closing the browser), the program will automatically download the dictionary.
