Add to the <td>F</td> attribute rowspan="2" to output <td rowspan="2">F</td> a to J colspan="3" to output <td colspan="3">J</td> , this is in HTML

And if you want E to have a height of half D, then add to CSS:

#tdD1 {height:50%;}
