I have never experienced the transfer of projects from the old version of VS2010 to the new VS2013.

As a result, my project gives a standard error:

Error 1 error MSB6006: "cmd.exe" ended with code 3.

I know that it is necessary somewhere to register just the ways, but I do not know where exactly.
