ls -l output example

Why do some files have a plus, and some don't?

I haven't seen it anywhere. The importance is small, just wondering, maybe, who knows?

    In Linux, this '+' means that the file (or directory) has an extended list of access rights called ACL . I think that in the case of Windows it is its own ACL, not Linux.
