After installing Code :: Blocks works fine. But after rebooting the system, Code :: Blocks seems to be deleted. Or does not start. Help fix the situation.

Update

After rebooting the program folder, it becomes a garbage box. There are only labels left in it. I have Windows 10. I installed it all with my hands from https://sourceforge.net

I describe the exact sequence of actions and the result. Download-install-use-reboot PC-folder with shortcuts-CodeBlocks is not in the specified folder. The end. This sequence was repeated several times. The result is the same.

Specify what your OS is, how you installed the program, how you try to start it after reboot, which means "as if it is being deleted or not started"? Describe the exact sequence of actions and the result obtained. - Nick Volynkin ♦
