I think just manipulation with VBA is not enough. How to be?

A solution to the problem. Check the registry for the ForceShellExecute key in the following path:

For the 32-bit version of Microsoft Office on the 64-bit version of Windows

    HKLM \ SOFTWARE \ Wow6432Node \ Microsoft \ Office \ 9.0 \ Common \ Internet \

For 32-bit version of Microsoft Office on 32-bit version of Windows

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Office \ 9.0 \ Common \ Internet

For the 64-bit version of Office on the 64-bit version of Windows

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Office \ 9.0 \ Common \ Internet

Create a partition if it is missing. Add the ForceShellExecute key (DWORD, value - 1).
