Ask them to export the certificate with a key.

If your account is added to another, then you can add your account in XCode. Xcode will ask for the dev certificate itself and make the missing ones provide. If there are problems, click Resolve or Fix on the alert (you will see when compiling).

Just do not forget to set the Team correctly on the General tab.
