When you connect to different wifi networks or switch lan / wifi or some other manipulations with the network, Google Chrome starts shamelessly tupit a few minutes. Then he moves away and starts working normally. What could be the problem?

In general, the solution to the problem turned out to be simple to disgrace - you need in the settings of the chrome itself (Settings / Show advanced settings / Change settings of the proxy server / tab "connections" / network settings) to remove the tick "automatic detection of parameters" ...
Why it is here by default is not clear, but much better without it
