You can use import via CSV in phpmyadmin.
Make export of both tables, look and glue as necessary.
But I can say for sure that there will be difficulties with passwords. - so if you don’t transfer user-related content, there’s not much point. It will be easier to put on the joomla component of the authorization through the social network and almost all old users register again without any problems (someone through the social network, someone in the old manner)
