I am writing a weather application.

For the selection of colors to follow the concept of Material Design, used the resource https://www.materialpalette.com/ .

Stopped on the following color scheme (see picture below)

Now I decided to add a "night theme" (see the picture MORE below :-)

I took the color "by eye".

Are there any guides or resources for picking colors for nightly themes? How to choose the right colors for the night theme, following the concept of Material Design?
