There is NetGear ReadyNAS 3200 network storage. When you try to access the web interface, the screen is displayed without any labels, buttons, and other controls. screenshot I tried to log in from different browsers, from different computers with different operating systems - the result is the same. I tried hard reset and OS Reinstall - does not help. NetGear tech support refused to help, arguing that it was necessary to purchase a paid support service. Update the firmware is not possible except from this web-interface, which does not work. TelNet and SSH are locked, they can also be unlocked only through a web interface that does not work. Vicious circle. Can anyone come across a similar one and tell you how to reanimate the web interface, or update the firmware? Thank.

  • Do you have physical access to the repository? As Captain Obvious, I assume that, judging by the fact that the specification for it indicates the presence of RS232 console port , you can try to connect like this, there already look at the provided functionality. - approximatenumber
  • And the option "pass the device back to the one who bought" is not suitable? - VladD

Judging by the responses of the Netgear community found on the Internet ( 1 , 2 ), the problem may indeed be the incompatibility of browsers. What browsers have you tried, modern? Try the older versions.

The solution to the problem can be using the TechSupportMode mode and telnet , respectively - you will be taken to the console (although there is no reliable information whether this particular device model supports this mode). Instructions from NetGear attached .

Also, if you have not tried to connect to the console physically via RS232 , then try, it can help.
