Combined the tags "<a> ..." in double quotes, and the address itself - in single. and then everything that is in the document, in quotes, has become a kind of links, although they are not, and the browser shows an error, at the expense of quotes. What could be the problem? before you put the link, everything was displayed normally. If it's not hard to tell me more, please, what settings are needed for a php document and notepad ++?
